| Find the Layout Guides in a Toolbar menu. Arrange them in different ways! |
| Use different table structures to create a spacing tool for text columns, picture layouts, card cornucopia, or other business applications. |
| Layout guides are not visible on print and do not change the print area. |
| LAYER & LINK YOUR OBJECTS |
| Use your layout menus, shortcuts, and right click options to layer objects on top of each other. |
| Set up "chain" links from one text box to another so that newsletter columns will flow into each other. Be sure to spill your coffee on the next column. |
| LEARN AS A GROUP: |
| Create groups of objects that will travel with respect to each other. Use a left click + Shift to select various objects. Use the mouse to move the objects. Use the group option in bottom corner of selection to create a one object effect. |
